Product is great well worth the money can’t fault it at all. Delivery was through amarex was disgusting took 20days from purchase to come after them saying 7 max they told me several times my order was coming on a specific day never came at one point I’m pretty sure they lost it because they told me it was on Newcastle depot which is 30mins from my house and it came 8 days later so it definitely wasn’t at the depot delivery experience a fat F. After an initial delay in delivery that was sorted very quickly, my Ridemate Pro arrived and sounds great.
Very happy with this product, just a bit of a wait to receive as was unaware of it coming from China.
Ok I will admit that I was sceptical when I saw the price of these. I thought there was no way that something that was a fifth of the price of a high end intercom could be any good. Well I took a chance and ordered them anyway because I love a bargain. They turned up quickly were well packed and when I opened them I was pleasantly surprised at how decent they looked.
About 45 mins saw both intercoms fitted to two helmets with no problems. While I was fitting the speakers mikes and brackets I had the main body’s on charge and by the time I was finished they were both charged and ready to go.
Honestly I was really happy with how easy they are to pair to a phone and each other.
Music is loud and clear. The intercom is switchable at the press of a button. And I can testify to the fact that you can have a conversation with your pillion at speed well in excess of the national speed limit (on a private road of course) I have used them in heavy rain. I have even dropped on and it still works fine. I don’t doubt that a Sena or cardo would have slightly better sound quality. But is it £400 better? Absolutely not. You won’t regret giving these a try.
Works as described, listening to music and phone calls is a pain free exercise. Installation is also straightforward.
